This site asks for one thing, and only if you give it: your email address, for one email on launch day.

What we collect, and why

Your email address, only if you enter it in the launch form.

We use it to send one email the day Galaxyhold launches on the Mac App Store.

The legal basis is your consent, which you confirm by clicking the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in).

Who processes it

Buttondown, LLC, a newsletter service in the United States, stores the list and sends the emails under its data processing agreement.

Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, Module 2), which that agreement incorporates.

How long we keep it

Until the launch email is sent, then the list is deleted within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from the link in any email, or ask us to delete your address at any time.

Analytics and hosting

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, collects no personal data and does not track you across sites.

Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps the usual server logs.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct or erase your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected].

You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

The game

Galaxyhold itself collects nothing. It runs offline and keeps your empire on your Mac.
